Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your wallpaper or painting purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return, refund, or exchange.
15-Day Return Policy
We offer an additional 15 days to initiate a return for unmounted products after the order has been delivered to you or a designated third party. Please note that this policy does not apply to custom size or custom design orders.
To cancel your purchase, simply contact us and our team will guide you through the process. Your cancellation request will be considered valid as long as we receive notice within 15 days of delivery. You do not need to return the product within those 15 days — only notify us of your intention to cancel.
If you purchased wallpaper, you may cut the strips for inspection and still return the product if needed.
Returns
Once you notify us about the return, you will need to arrange and cover the return shipping cost yourself. Please note that we are not responsible for return shipping or delivery. Refunds will only be processed after we receive the returned product.
Custom size and custom design orders are non-returnable.
All returned products will be recycled.
Refunds
After receiving the returned product, we will process your full refund within 10 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, with no additional fees.
Please make sure the product meets your expectations before mounting or installation, as we do not cover any assembly or installation costs.
