Complaint

As a valued customer, you have the right to file a complaint within 30 days of purchase if you encounter any issues with your product. Should you find any defects, damage, or faults upon receiving your order, please reach out to us promptly. A complaint made within 30 days of discovering the problem is considered timely.

Before installation or use, it's essential to inspect the product for visible defects. Once the product is mounted, we cannot accept complaints regarding such issues. Installation or additional costs will not be covered as part of the claims process.

For products that haven't been installed, we’ll arrange return or replacement at no cost – simply get in touch, and we’ll guide you through the process. If you prefer to handle the return yourself, please be aware that any shipping fees will be your responsibility, and we cannot assume liability for the delivery.

If an issue is noticed after the product has been mounted, we will request clear photographs showcasing the defect for our review.

In cases where your complaint is approved, we’ll provide compensation in line with consumer protection laws.

We’re committed to resolving any concerns directly with our customers, but if a disagreement arises, we will follow the guidelines provided by NATIONAL CONSUMER DISPUTES REDRESSAL COMMISSION, INDIA
